Call to action buttons are your shortcuts to better user engagement. The best part is, it’s really easy to add them to your Google My Business post using Vista Social.

Creating Your Google My Business Post

Now, let’s start by creating a post. Make sure you have your Google My Business profile selected on the profile selector. I only want to post to my Google My Business profile at the moment, so we can uncheck these two out.

Adding Captions and Links

I like to save my captions so I can simply head over to my saved captions icon and select my chosen caption. After that, I just have to add my link to which I want my users to get redirected to once they click on my call to action button.

Selecting Your Call to Action Button

Now, I can head over to my right side preview to add a call to action button, and I can also select my post type after that. Though, you might have noticed that Google My Business doesn’t show link previews, just like you might be used to with Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook. So, if you want to add an image, just head over to the camera icon and add your photo.

Publishing Your Post

Once our post is ready, we can now schedule it or publish it right away.

Alright, and if you check out the post that we just created on Google My Business, you’ll see that your Google My Business post has an image, has the caption, and the link as well as the call to action button.

And there you have it. If you run into issues or have questions about this, don’t forget to reach out to the support team.
